This internet sensation is based off of a traditional Korean toffee candy called dalgona (달고나), and it is as delicious as it looks. The ingredient list is simple: instant coffee or instant espresso, sugar, and water. Blend until it is a light toffee color and holds its peak. In a glass, pour your milk 3/4 of the way up. Dollop the dalgona coffee with an ice cream scoop or large spoon. Mix well and enjoy!
